Ce qui compte, c\u2019est <strong data-start=\"1138\" data-end=\"1213\">la mani\u00e8re dont l\u2019exp\u00e9rience est v\u00e9cue dans le corps et dans le syst\u00e8me<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 approches psychocorporelles sont particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9es, car elles travaillent directement avec l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue (sensations, \u00e9motions, r\u00e9ponses corporelles).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"936\">Certaines approches, comme l&rsquo;<span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">EMDR<\/span><\/span> ou les techniques de mouvements oculaires,\u00a0sont souvent utilis\u00e9es pour retraiter un souvenir pr\u00e9cis li\u00e9 \u00e0 un \u00e9v\u00e9nement.
