Roxane Cavaillès, Integrative Psychotherapist

Before to accompany others, i had to reconnect to myself.

I've come a long way. From complex histories, uprooting, invisible loyalties, and relationships that had damaged me more than they had sustained me. I had developed an extreme capacity for adaptation, to the point of dissolving. My tipping point was a " burn-out ":An inner collapse.

I found myself facing a profound sadness, a loss of meaning, a moment when my body and mind buckled and asked me to stop merely surviving: a symbolic death. A radical invitation to sit at the center of my own story and reborn in a new way.

I quit the "survival mode" in order  to meet myself

In seeking to rebuild myself, I discovered a deep need: to understand how I function, to free myself from my blockages, and to find my place. It was through psychotherapy that I found my answers.

Therapy allowed me to reread my journey in a new light. Step by step, I understood that my atypicality was not an anomaly but a strength. That my sensitivity, my ability to feel, to observe keenly, to adapt, were skills. And that everything I had been through had endowed me with a rare capacity: a profound understanding of human complexity, of its vulnerabilities as well as its resources. I regained confidence, I reclaimed my sovereignty, and I transformed my experiences into fertile ground for supporting others.

A vibrant, integrative, and embodied approach.

I chose to become a professional to support people going through difficult times, and to offer them the necessary conditions to connect deeply with themselves and find their way again.

I trained at Ita'Com on integrative psychotherapy, a comprehensive program (NLP, NVC, EFT, Systemic Approach, Schema Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Brainspotting, Enneagram…) that places the therapeutic alliance at the heart of the process.

Today, I am deepening my practice with the " Embodied Therapy ", a body-oriented approach where the relationship is fundamental, and the body and its sensations are the tools of the trade. This specialization proves particularly effective for complex trauma.

My personal history, my professional experiences (in the restaurant industry, management, personal training, and massage), my travels, my challenges, and my passions... all of this now forms the basis of my therapeutic approach.

My Approach

In sessions, I am myself: authentic, direct, gentle, and grounded.

I am not here to save, cure, or direct. My role is to guide you back to yourself, to better understand yourself, to identify what is blocking you, to release what is hindering you, and to restore movement where something has become stuck.

I don't offer ready-made solutions. I listen, I feel, I ask questions, and I greet.

I create a safe space where you can "Travel thru'you".

My mission: To accompany those seeking to explore their inner world.

I speak to all those who are ready to shift their perspective on themselves:
the atypical, the sensitive, the lost, the curious, those tired of being what others expect of them…
Regardless of age, gender, or background: if you feel it's time to reconnect with yourself, we can walk part of the way together. My role is not to transform you.
My role is to help you find yourself again. To reclaim your truth.
To take back control of your life.
